Yes, our road assistance operates throughout Poland. We serve both cities and motorways A1, A2, A4, as well as other national and expressways.
What types of vehicles do you tow?
We tow passenger cars, delivery vans, buses, light trucks up to 3.5 tons, and specialized vehicles. We also have tow trucks for transporting luxury and vintage cars.
How much does road assistance cost?
The price depends on distance, vehicle type, and type of service. Standard arrival fee is 150-250 PLN, plus transport cost of 3-6 PLN per kilometer. We always inform about the price before starting the service.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept card payments, cash, and bank transfers. We issue VAT invoices for companies.
How quickly will you arrive?
Average arrival time is 30-45 minutes in cities and up to 60 minutes on motorways. For urgent calls, we try to be there faster.
What is assistance?
Assistance is roadside help without the need for towing: battery jump-start, tire change, fuel delivery, lock opening.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, we work with most insurance companies as part of assistance packages. Contact us to check if your insurance covers the costs.
